Community Partners

Community is key to how Centerpoint functions and is one of our main Principles of Service. Collaborative relationships can only strengthen our ability to accomplish more in the world. Centerpoint has developed relationships with a number of organizations and is proud to be able to call them partners.

Interested in how your organization might become a Centerpoint Community Partner? Contact us to explore the possibilities.

Antioch University Seattle

Centerpoint Institute has provided career services to Antioch University Seattle since 1994. A Centerpoint career counselor is on the Antioch campus each week and provides individual career counseling to students, recent alumni, and those unemployed in their field of study at Antioch. Other alumni can also see the counselor on the Antioch campus at a reduced hourly rate.

University of Washington Alumni Association

Since career development is such a key issue to UW alumni, we have forged a bond between our two organizations. Since 2002, card-carrying members of the UW Alumni Association receive discounts on services at Centerpoint. Not yet a member? You can fill out a UWAA membership application online right at Centerpoint for immediate discounts! A free Orientation is specially geared for UW alums and held every second Wednesday of the month from 6:30 to 7:30 PM.

Next Chapter of Puget Sound

Be Changed. Make Change Happen.

Next Chapter of Puget Sound is a partnership of area nonprofit organizations and government agencies that provide services and resources to those in mid-life and beyond. Centerpoint is proud to be a founding member of this consortium! The framework for the program comes from Civic Ventures and their Next Chapter initiative. You can read all about this on the Civic Ventures website.

Next Chapter of Puget Sound’s mission is to connect people in the second half of life with opportunities for self-discovery, learning, service, and meaningful work so they can share their skills, energy, and wisdom to create a stronger, more vibrant community.
